VS Healthcare Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed independent insurance agency based in Orlando, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or work with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Who We Are
VS Healthcare Solutions is a licensed independent insurance agency in the State of Florida, founded by Vivian Soto. We help individuals, families and businesses compare and enrol in health, Medicare, life, dental and vision, supplemental and business coverage. We are not an insurance carrier, and we are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to quote and enrol coverage accurately.
Information you give us directly — when you complete a form, call, text, email or meet with us:
- Full name and date of birth
- Email address, phone number and mailing address
- Household size and estimated annual income, used to determine premium tax credit eligibility
- Current or prior insurance coverage
- Doctors, hospitals and prescription medications you want covered
- Medicare number or Social Security number, only where a carrier or the Marketplace requires it to complete an enrolment
Information collected automatically when you browse this site:
- IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
- Pages viewed, time on page and the site you arrived from
- Cookie identifiers, where you have accepted cookies
Analytics are consent-gated: no analytics cookies are set until you accept them in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
Health-Related Information
Comparing plans sometimes requires details about your prescriptions, your doctors or a health condition. We treat that information as confidential, collect only what is needed to check a formulary or provider network, and share it only with the carrier or programme you ask us to apply to. We do not use health information for marketing.
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare quotes and compare plans available in your county
- To check whether your doctors are in network and your medications are on the formulary
- To submit applications and enrolments to the carrier or Marketplace you select
- To service your policy — renewals, annual reviews, claim questions and plan changes
- To respond to your questions by phone, text or email
- To meet legal, regulatory and carrier record-keeping obligations
Communications and Consent
When you submit a form on this site you consent to be contacted about insurance options at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated technology and SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or emailing us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop service messages about a policy you already hold.
How We Share Information
We share your information only as follows:
- Insurance carriers you ask us to quote or apply to
- Government programmes such as HealthCare.gov or Medicare, where an enrolment requires it
- Service providers who support our business, such as our customer relationship system, scheduling and email tools, under obligations of confidentiality
- Legal and regulatory bodies where required by law, subpoena, or to comply with insurance regulation
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or lead-generation companies.
How Long We Keep It
Where a policy is placed, records are retained for the period required by Florida insurance regulation and carrier agreements, which is generally at least five years after the policy ends. Enquiries that do not result in coverage are retained only as long as needed to answer them, and are then deleted on request.
Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission, access controls and limiting who can see your file. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.
Your Rights and Choices
You may:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Withdraw cookie consent using the cookie banner
To exercise any of these, email vivianteayuda@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will never charge you for making a request or treat you differently for making one.
Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Children are of course covered under family policies; that information comes from a parent or guardian as part of an application, not from the child.
Third-Party Links
This site links to carrier sites and to government resources such as Medicare.gov and HealthCare.gov. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
